"Visited the Tampa store for some gloves. Nice store. Nice people. They had a large selection of gloves but overpriced in my opinion.
I was wearing my brand new 100% leather jacket I purchased just last week, clearance priced for only $100, so the great deal from a different vender was still in my mind. How can a decent pair of gloves be similarly priced to this very nice black leather jacket?
It was cold and I needed the gloves right then. I settled for a pair Bilt gauntlet style gloves for just under $40. In hindsight I should have just bit the bullet right then and spent more money because these Bilt gloves are pretty much junk. The are not holding their form, cheap materials, and leak cold air around my left index finger. I’ll give these to the Goodwill and be replacing them soon for another brand. "

"After trying on several Bell Helmets, that I was looking at, it became obvious they simply do not fit me. A friend has a Sedici helmet that he likes, there just happened to be one on sale, in my size. I tried it on and purchased it, along with tinted face shield, and a pair of gloves. The helmet is replacing a Shoei, some features of the new helmet are better and worse, then the Shoei. All around, I am happy with the helmet, and will be back to Cycle Gear, in the future. "

"I shopped for a new helmet online and saw Schubert C3 Pro helmet on sale at a big discount, but having never owned that brand I was hesitant to order one. I decided this was a time a brick and mortar store would be a good idea. I went to Cycle Gear and I’m glad I did. They had the same price as online and lots of different brands and models to compare. The salesperson was very helpful and patient as I tried on helmet after helmet. He also helped me pick out an intercom to replace my old one. I never felt pressured and appreciated the knowledge the salesperson had. "
